When applying for a passport, please bring the following:
Original Birth Certificate
Current/Valid Photo ID
A Passport Photo

Payment
- Clerk’s office fee of $35 (Cash or credit/debit card)
- Check or money order payable to the US Department of State for the application fee.

* If out of State ID, you will be required to provide a secondary proof of identification, such as, Social Security Card, School/Work ID, Credit Card in your name, etc.

* Your original U.S. birth certificate and other documentation will be sent to the passport facility along with the passport application; however, these will be returned to you via mail. It must list your parent(s)’ full names and must include the certified seal or stamp from the county or state in which it was issued.

Where do I get a passport picture?
Passport photos are available on site for $15.00. For specific picture requirements, please visit: U.S. Passport Photos
What is the current processing time for my application?
Processing times for routine passport applications are 4-6 weeks. This processing time can be expedited by paying an additional $60. The timeframe for an expedited passport application is 2-3 weeks. You can request expedited 1-2 day delivery back to you for an additional fee of $22.05 (this is subject to change from the US Postal Service) ( Processing times do not include the amount of time that it may take to receive your passport by mail. Processing times + mailing times = total time to get a passport.)
